CASPER is a permanently installed infrastructure: cameras, audio, a processing box in your booth and an app for your team.
Capture
A minimum of 3 permanent cameras: wide, DJ, crowd, plus the booth audio. Discreet install, zero intervention during the night. Extensible to 4 or 5 cameras.
Directing
The system listens to the set continuously and spots the highlights in the music: build-up, drop, crowd reaction on tempo. Each reel is edited in multicam, locked to the beat.
Review
Two minutes after the drop, the reel is on your community manager’s phone. They sort with a swipe, keep editorial control and publish to Instagram.
Distribution
Every DJ gets a private link with their clips. Optionally, the full set is delivered in 16:9 long format, ready for YouTube.

+How many cameras are needed?
The base is 3 cameras (wide, DJ, crowd). Depending on the venue, we extend to 4 or 5 cameras to cover more angles.
+How fast is a reel ready?
About 2 minutes after the highlight, the edited reel is available in the review app, during the session.
+Who decides what gets published?
Your team, always. CASPER proposes, your community manager reviews with a swipe and publishes through the club’s Instagram account. Nothing goes out without human review.
+Does it replace our community manager?
No. The system frees them from shooting and editing. They keep editorial control, publishing pace and the relationship with DJs.
+What about image rights?
As with any venue capture, informing your audience remains your responsibility (signage at the entrance, T&Cs). We share the practices used by our clients.
+What does the venue need to provide?
Access to the sound booth and a fibre connection. The technical survey, included before installation, validates everything else with you.
